As a Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager, you'll be a key partner for multi-location and franchise brands, building and nurturing strategic relationships to maximize the impact of their marketing efforts. You'll proactively identify growth opportunities and tailor strategies that align with client objectives, unlocking the full potential of Eulerity's platform.
Key Responsibilities- Build Unbreakable Client Relationships: Forge lasting connections with senior marketing executives and provide insightful solutions that enhance performance and drive business results.
- Develop Targeted Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with clients to create customized, data-driven marketing plans that resonate with their unique needs and objectives.
- Lead Insightful Campaign Reviews: Analyze campaign performance and offer strategic guidance to enhance outcomes and identify growth areas.
- Streamline Client Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients, empowering them with confidence and knowledge from the start.
- Drive Client Growth: Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate across functions to deepen client partnerships and maximize business impact.
- Enhance Platform Utilization: Educate clients on leveraging Eulerity’s platform to its fullest potential, guiding them through industry trends and evolving market demands.
- Advocate for Client Success Internally: Act as a liaison between client goals and internal teams to guarantee that outcomes are achieved with precision.
- 4-6 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or client strategy, particularly in the advertising, tech, or media sectors. Familiarity with multi-location and franchise brands is advantageous.
- A proven track record of retaining and expanding multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences and handle challenging conversations with professionalism.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies that yield measurable results.
- Adept at managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude driven by shared success and client achievements.
Location: This is a remote role (U.S.-based), with a preference for candidates in the Dallas Metro area for periodic in-person meetings with clients.

The competitive salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $115,000, based on experience, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package and additional perks at Eulerity.
