About the role:
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing technology projects from start to finish, including managing project plans, budgets, schedules, resources and deliverables, as well as allocating tasks and setting milestones. You will be in charge of monitoring projects health and progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise, and communicating with stakeholders and team members. You may manage multiple projects simultaneously, without neglecting the granular details of each.

IT Project Manager Requirements:
Education:
• Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Prior experience in ERP (MS Dynamics 365) or other mid-size ERP Projects.
• ITIL or ITSM certifications preferred. PMP certifications required.
• Must be highly skilled in the use of personal computers. This includes, PC operation, printing, file management, and the ability to use word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, and Internet tools, etc.
Practical Work Experience Required:
• 3+ years project management experience in I.T.
• Business & IT strategy experience.
• Good project management skills, including planning, methodologies, time tracking, leadership, etc.
• General knowledge and understanding of business operations.
• Proficiency in analysis, design, and testing techniques.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
• Basic understanding of IT communications networks.
Personal qualifications:
• Good communications skills, with customers, team, and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented.
• Thrives in collaborative environment.
• Customer-focused mindset.
