Job Description
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to ensure accurate costing.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather relevant data.
  • Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure alignment with project needs.
  • Monitor project costs and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
  • Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates, materials, and industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in all cost-related aspects.

A successful Estimator / Senior Estimator should have:
