The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking dedicated and skilled LPNs to join our compassionate team. Our facility is committed to promoting each resident's independence and health, all within a respectful atmosphere. We uphold the highest medical standards and strive to provide exceptional care.
As a treasured member of our 158-bed facility, you'll benefit from a state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Gym catering to over 60 short-term beds. This setting offers incredible opportunities for professional growth and collaboration.
Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing and coordinating the activities of nursing personnel during your shift.
- Effectively communicating policies and procedures to ensure outstanding resident care.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Valid New York State license as a Practical Nurse.
- Solid clinical knowledge and nursing practice skills with regulatory standards.
- Team-oriented with a cooperative spirit across various disciplines.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team, depending on the situation.
- Tactful and effective communication with physicians, supervisors, and staff.
- Capable of assuming leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Unit Manager.
- Proactive in addressing resident care needs and performing duties with care and expertise.
- Flexibility to adapt to special staffing or clinical situations as needed.
- Committed to maintaining privacy and confidentiality regarding resident information.
- Responsible for controlled access to medications.
- Computer literate with strong organizational skills.

- 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am
- Must be available to work every other weekend
