Your Role:
As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care by leading and coordinating unit functions during your shift. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing admission and discharge processes to promote efficient patient throughput.
- Participating in assessing and improving the quality of care delivered in collaboration with the management team.
- Creating a supportive team environment aimed at improving patient outcomes.
- Engaging in service recovery and maintaining a patient-first philosophy.
- Helping to train and develop staff, including participating in the hiring process.
- Managing staff scheduling effectively to meet patient care needs.
- Assisting with inventory control for supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
