REMOTE - Oracle Order to Cash Lead

We are looking for an Oracle Order to Cash Lead.

Client Engagement & Workshops
- Lead client discussions to understand order management, billing, and receivables processes.
- Conduct workshops to capture requirements and align them with Oracle O2C capabilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for functional design and business process mapping.

Solution Design
- Analyze current O2C processes and design Oracle solutions that meet business needs.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and process flows.
- Ensure integration with related modules (Inventory, Shipping, AR, GL).

Implementation & Support
- Configure Oracle O2C modules (Order Management, Receivables, Advanced Pricing).
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and interfaces.
- Support SIT/UAT testing and assist in issue resolution.

Stakeholder Management
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Functional Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Order-to-Cash cycle (Order Management, AR, Pricing).
- Experience in end-to-end Oracle O2C implementations.

Consulting & Communication
- Proven ability to lead workshops and facilitate client discussions.
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills.

Technical Understanding
- Familiarity with Oracle setups, configurations, and integration points.
- Ability to work with technical teams on customizations and data migration.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Oder to Cash Lead experience
- Experience working for this company in the last five years
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Order to Cash cycle (RMCS, Subscription Management, Accounts Receivable)
- Experience in end-to-end Oracle Order to Cash implementations
- Experience leading global design workshops in Order to Cash
- Proven ability to lead workshops and facilitate client discussions.
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Oracle setups, configurations, and integration points.
- Ability to work with technical teams on customizations and data migration.
- Ability to travel to client site 1x 2 months
