As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly and handling of robotic components and materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive approach to teamwork and efficiency, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: North Reading, MA

Pay Range:

Shift: Days (40 hours)

What's the Job?

  • Assist in the assembly of complex electro-mechanical equipment, following detailed instructions and blueprints.
  • Participate in inventory management through proper documentation, scanning, and organization of parts.
  • Perform quality inspections and ensure adherence to safety procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What's Needed?
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 plus year experience in an assembly role, electronic or mechanical preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions accurately.
  • Proficiency with computers and manufacturing software for data entry and documentation.
  • Capability to lift at least 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods.
