POSITION SUMMARY - LICSW / LSWAIC Social Worker

POSITION DUTIES - Assessments, Discharge Planning, Treatment Planning, and inter-disciplinary collaboration in an Adolescent Psych setting

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - LICSW, LSWAIC, or LASW - licensed in WA

Master's Degree in Social Work

CPI/MOAB (can be done on-site)

1 year social work experience in an acute hospital setting

Experience with assessments, discharge planning, treatment planning, inter-disciplinary collaboration, and Epic

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - Monday- Friday 8a-430p

SYSTEMS - Epic

START DATE - 3/23/2026
