GIS Analyst/Technician (onsite, hybrid) - Juno Beach, FL

Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration:12 months with possible extensions.
Remote or Onsite: Technician - On location at the Client's site; Analyst - hybrid option with required onsite training.

Requirements:
GIS Technician (onsite)
• Experience with ArcGIS Online;
• Experience with ArcGIS SDE;
• Experience with ArcGIS Webmaps;
• Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise;
• Experience with ArcPro Advanced Capabilities;
• Experience with ArcGIS Earth;
• Experience with Google Earth;
• Experience with FME;
• Experience with API End Points;
• Experience with Building GIS Tools;
• Valid driver`s license.
GIS Analyst (hybrid option)
• Experience with GIS - data analysis, data mining, technical support and database maintenance to meet Client's internal and external customers' requirements (2+ years);
• Experience in Utilities;
• Experience with Model Builder
• Bachelor's - GIS, Geography

Responsibilities:
GIS Technician
• Assist in understanding and improving tools and processes;
• Create, host and update GIS layers as needed to support the business.

GIS Analyst
• Provides support for routing and site suitability analysis for substation and transmission projects
• Provides map production to executives, management, multidiscipline business units, RFP responses, etc.
• Able to interpret and map legal descriptions from exhibits, deeds, tax appraisers
• Serves as Subject Matter Expert and Data Steward on GIS projects
• Completes research to correct and update existing databases
• Performs data mining activities to acquire publicly available data
• Provides specialized queries and reports to meet customer requirements/specifications
• Interfaces with users; documents/maps requested/needed changes
• Skilled with Model Builder, to help automate current manual processes
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
