Position Overview

The Surgical Technologist I supports surgical teams by ensuring a smooth operation process through effective preparation and maintenance of the surgical environment. You will utilize aseptic techniques and assist with various procedures, ensuring our patients receive the best care possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and safe surgical environment.
  • Prepare surgical materials, instruments, and equipment.
  • Work alongside surgeons to anticipate their needs during procedures.
  • Ensure proper sterilization and functionality of all equipment.
  • Assist in patient positioning and transportation.
  • Maintain specialty carts and ensure all items are readily available and in working condition.
  • Promptly report any issues with supplies or equipment.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (to be obtained within 6 months).
  • No previous experience required; we welcome new graduates

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay ranging from $26.10 to $39.15 per hour.
  • Full-time, evening shifts with opportunities for call.
  • Sign-on bonuses available: $10,000 with distance relocation OR $2,000 for PM shifts.
