Responsibilities
This role is an entry level accounting clerk with at the minumum of 2 years of handling accounts payable and receivables.
- Reviews general ledger accounts and corrects journal entries.
- Performs account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and intercompany general ledger accounts.
- Constructs routine spreadsheet applications, prepares financial data for input into finance systems, and generates reports.
- Prepares, reviews, and process related correcting entries and prepare bank reconciliations.
Skills Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is preferred) Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is preferred) Excel (2 years of experience is required)
