Senior Product Compliance Engineer

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Product Compliance Engineer to join our global compliance team. In this role, you'll help ensure products meet all regulatory, environmental, and certification standards. You'll work closely with engineering and operations teams to evaluate designs, maintain certifications, and drive environmental compliance initiatives.

What You'll Do
  • Ensure product designs meet all applicable regulatory and certification requirements.
  • Maintain regulatory approvals and address compliance issues with design and manufacturing teams.
  • Review and evaluate bills of materials (BOMs) for environmental compliance.
  • Prepare environmental attestations for regulations and directives such as RoHS, REACH, EPA TSCA, PFAS, and POP.
  • Coordinate documentation and sample submissions for timely certification processing.
  • Compile and analyze test data to establish process or material specifications.
  • Occasionally travel (up to 5%) for audits, reviews, or team collaboration.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in product or environmental compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Agile, Oracle, and/or SAP.
  • Basic proficiency in Python or data automation tools.
