We are excited to welcome a passionate and customer-centric Italian Customer Support Specialist to our team, supporting a top-tier global logistics and courier services provider. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance on inquiries about shipments, delivery statuses, service options, and billing. The perfect fit for this position is a fluent Italian speaker who is solution-oriented, communicates clearly, and is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Deliver accurate information on shipment tracking, delivery timelines, and available services.
- Assist customers in creating shipping labels, managing claims, processing returns, and handling redelivery requests.
- Investigate and resolve issues concerning lost, delayed, or damaged shipments efficiently.
- Escalate complex matters to the appropriate internal departments as necessary.
- Stay updated on the client’s logistics services, policies, and procedures to provide informed support.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing effective support and resolution of issues.
- Adhere to quality standards and compliance guidelines at all times.
