In the Role
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks and adapt to the evolving demands of the position, ensuring timely and effective service.
- Surpass customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement, achieving results aligned with individual and branch objectives.
- Create new connections and nurture existing ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process, presenting tailored solutions based on their unique needs.
- Oversee the entire loan life cycle, including collections activities, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Communicate with customers and other departments using various technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and our internal systems.
- Exhibit a strong passion for achievement, demonstrating an internal drive to succeed and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Provide clear education and information to customers about optional insurance products, ensuring they fully understand their loans, terms, and options.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred:
- Experience in sales, collections, or customer service.
Location: On site
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
