Roving Apartment Maintenance Technician

If you know your way around tools and systems like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, or landscaping - we want to meet you
You'll travel between our properties to make sure homes are safe, clean, and ready for our residents. Every day is different, and you'll be part of a team that values hard work, respect, and real-world skills.

- Travel to different properties to handle maintenance and repairs
- Tackle jobs like fixing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, doors, flooring, landscaping, and more
- Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to keep everything running smoothly
- Help prep units for new residents and handle regular upkeep for existing ones
- Stay on-call occasionally (About one week every 8 weeks)
- Keep maintenance logs and support snow removal during the winter months
- Pay: $20 - $30/hour based on experience
- Monthly bonuses based on occupancy: Up to ~$450 (normally around $200-$300)
- Tool reimbursement: $10 per paycheck ($260/year)

- General maintenance skills: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, painting, appliance repair
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Computer knowledge (typing, spelling, able to use tablets for work orders and communication)
- EPA certification preferred or willing to obtain. (Exam fee reimbursement available)
- HVAC certification preferred or willing to obtain.
- Able to lift, shovel and/or plow snow, and get around multiple properties
