Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is seeking an experienced and energetic Internal Service Advisor to support our service department and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow between technicians, parts staff, warranty teams, and management. If you excel at communication, multitasking, and problem-solving-and you thrive in a fast-paced environment-this is the role for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary internal point of contact between technicians, service managers, and parts/warranty departments
  • Create, update, and manage service repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate scheduling and workflow to maximize technician efficiency
  • Assist with diagnosis notes, repair documentation, and warranty pre-authorization
  • Ensure timely communication of job progress, parts status, and required follow-ups
  • Maintain organized records and support compliance with company and manufacturer processes
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop culture
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in the RV, automotive, marine, or powersports service industry preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple jobs at once
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with service management software is a plus
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to quality service
