About the Role

MODbath is hiring an ambitious and personable Design Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, guide them through custom bath and shower design solutions, and close deals that transform lives-while building a six-figure+ income in the process. This is not your average sales job-no cold calling, no door-knocking, just ready-to-buy customers and the tools to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home consultations with pre-set, qualified homeowners
  • Guide customers through MODbath's bath/shower design options and create tailored solutions
  • Present clear, professional quotes and close high-ticket projects with confidence
  • Provide financing options and overcome objections using a strategic, consultative approach
  • Accurately record all activity, notes, and follow-ups in our CRM
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure seamless handoffs
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in in-home, remodeling, or high-ticket product sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to close sales with professionalism and strategy
  • Tech-comfortable with CRM and design platforms
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate homeowners' schedules
  • Professional appearance, integrity, and customer-first mindset
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Reliable personal vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Willingness to undergo a background check
