Location: Adairsville, GA
We're hiring a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our production machinery running safely and efficiently. You'll handle equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to reduce downtime and support smooth manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Work with VFDs, motors, and PLC-controlled systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas using 5S principles.
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve equipment reliability.
Qualifications:
Good understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs)
Knowledge of electrical/electronic and controls
Experience with fabrication (welding is a plus).
Must be able to read and understand diagrams, blueprints and technical equipment manuals
Must be highly detail and safety-oriented, able to work individually and in a team
Ability to learn and identify tools and their proper uses

Please note - Team members must be able to commute to Adairsville, GA. Three or more years of experience is required for this position.
