About the Role: As a Senior Accountant, you will engage in more advanced accounting tasks, contributing significantly to the financial monitoring and reporting processes. Your role is crucial in supporting the team in various accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial data and compliance. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial reports and statements, conducting detailed reconciliations of financial data, supporting the month-end and year-end close processes with greater autonomy, analyzing financial trends and variances, assisting in the development of financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, preparing detailed audit documentation and responses, reviewing and processing complex invoices and payments, supporting financial planning and budgeting processes, and taking part in special projects and initiatives as advised by senior accountants.

What You'll Need: Degree in accounting or finance. Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in primary job family and basic knowledge of related job families. Works independently, receives minimal guidance; may lead projects or may have accountability for on-going activities. Impacts a range of project activities within own team and other related teams; acts as a resource for colleagues. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
