Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to join our team. This role is integral to the successful implementation and management of SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring our clients achieve their business objectives efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • 6-8 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Performance Management, Goal Management, and Learning Management Systems
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Learning Management System and Succession Management
  • Experience with at least 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or participation in two support engagements
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Expertise in LMS reporting and exposure to PRD reporting
  • Experience in integration with SuccessFactors modules
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment
  • Managing the efficient and effective operation of the learning management system to meet client needs
  • Performing all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration and Succession Management
