Position Overview:
Seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting candidates for various positions. If you have a proven track record in recruitment, a passion for identifying top talent, and the ability to build strong candidate relationships, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Candidate Identification:
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract candidates for a range of positions.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through industry contacts, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and talent pools.
- Screen and assess candidate qualifications, including skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' strengths, weaknesses, and career aspirations.
- Prepare and present well-structured candidate profiles to clients or hiring managers, highlighting their qualifications and suitability for their roles.
- Collaborate with clients or hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of candidate information.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep candidates informed about their status and offer constructive feedback when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and potential.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
