Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will manage federal construction projects ranging from $2M to $25M, including new construction and interior renovations. Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Manage budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and safety standards
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate with field teams
  • Utilize project management tools (P6, Microsoft Suite, Sage, Monday.com)
  • Drive quality and timely delivery of projects

The Successful Applicant
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Federal project experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering
  • Proficiency in P6, Microsoft Suite, and Sage
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • US Citizenship required (Secret Clearance a plus)
