Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of proven experience in wholesale dairy buying, with a strong preference for backgrounds in sizable retail or wholesale environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the grocery and dairy sector, including market trends, pricing tactics, and supply chain logistics and vendor contacts.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering supplier relationships and collaborating effectively with internal teams and vendors.
- Proficient in data analysis and market trend evaluation to inform strategic purchasing decisions.
- Outstanding organizational capabilities, able to manage numerous projects and deadlines efficiently.
- A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a relevant field is desirable.
