Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe and healthy environment by enforcing safety and sanitation standards while complying with laws.
• Maintain Brand standards and ensure recipes and systems are executed consistently.
• Foster a guest-focused culture within the restaurant.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing restaurant team.
• Coach team members to drive sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Analyze guest feedback and implement improvement plans.
• Oversee new product rollouts, including training and marketing initiatives.
• Manage costs effectively to maximize profitability.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and complete financial reporting.
• Prepare weekly schedules to ensure optimal staffing during peak hours.
• Manage vendor orders and conduct self-assessments for continuous improvement.
• Communicate goals and priorities to the restaurant team.
• Perform all restaurant team member responsibilities and lead team meetings.
• Deliver training and evaluate employee performance.
