Master Trainer

Compensation: $30 - $50/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities

Lead. Coach. Inspire. Take Fitness FurtherThis is a hands-on personal training role with a clear path into leadership - not a desk job. You'll spend the majority of your time training clients while also supporting and mentoring other trainers as you grow into a senior role.

As a Lead Personal Trainer (Master Trainer), you'll deliver high-quality training sessions while gradually taking on leadership responsibilities - helping elevate both client results and trainer performance across the local team.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
  • Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
  • Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
  • Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
  • Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
  • Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
  • Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
  • Represent GYMGUYZ's core values - Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) - in every interaction
What You Bring
  • Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
  • CPR/AED certified (required)
  • 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
  • Proven success in client results and team mentoring
  • Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
  • Sales and field marketing experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
