As our Guitar Repair Specialist, you will carry out maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while also assisting with the upkeep of specific store inventory. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences and high-quality work will help grow our business.

  • Customer Focus: You understand customer service principles and excel at creating excellent customer experiences. You are approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping customers, and can effectively address service issues when they arise.
  • Initiative: You can identify opportunities and challenges, taking action to resolve them without needing direction. A quick learner, you are committed to developing your knowledge of products, store operations, sales, and leadership.
  • Selling Skills: You will work through our Guitar Center certification program to gain foundational product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Training Ability: You can train others effectively, communicating information in ways that ensure understanding and retention.

As our Guitar Repair Specialist, you will:

  • Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Provide high-quality service on customer-owned instruments.
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested.
  • Complete warranty repairs efficiently.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Skilled in guitar repair and maintenance.

Preferences:

  • Basic knowledge of Guitar Center products.
