We are looking for influencers who can align cross-functional partners to ensure the best possible experience for users on our platforms.The Global Response Operations SEO (Specialized Enforcement Operations) team is seeking a solutions-oriented, data-savvy Market Specialist who is committed to providing a great support experience for our community of users and advertisers.The candidate will work with the Europe team to review and enforce on content reported for potential abuse, resolve user account issues, improve the overall support experience for the region, as well as solve enforcement issues across a wide range of Meta markets.In SEO the team specifically focuses on high priority, complex or regulatory enforcement demand, where our systems or scaled solutions need specialized support. SEO's team is agile, bringing enforcement expertise that can be deployed to shifting priorities and dynamic emergent situations, necessitating local context, language, policy, community or functional expertise. The Market Specialist will be part of a data-driven analysis environment that works to protect our communities by enforcing policies and will also help scale our operations by optimizing and automating processes, solving meaningful problems, and, most importantly, helping to prevent them.This position requires an alternate work schedule of Sunday through Thursday to provide coverage for our TLV operations.

Required Skills:

SEO - Specialized Enforcement Operations - Market Specialist, Israel Responsibilities:

1. Work as part of the Europe team, enforcing on crisis response within the region

2. Work as part of an On-call Operational structure to enforce on critical content within SEO Markets with a higher focus on Israel

3. Leverage a combination of language proficiency and Israeli market geopolitical knowledge, along with an understanding of local nuances and minority communities, to capture signals and insights that inform the enforcement and resolution of intricate risk and operational issues within the region

4. Scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users in the market and in partnership with other regions

5. Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on Meta products, such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content including but not limited to graphic images, videos and text, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable material

6. Support enforcement efforts on agnostic content that originates from multiple sources globally

7. where language expertise is not required

8. Support enforcement efforts identifying integrity risks to our local and regional advertising business and enforce on these risks

9. Support region wide programs of work supporting peak season buying initiatives, protecting advertisers, businesses and removing friction in the ad delivery process

10. Analyze key metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our processes and tools

11. Build subject matter expertise around abuse areas prevalent in the region and work with the team on enforcement efforts to manage and control impacts

12. Investigate emerging risk across the region and influence cross functional resolution. Provide input and support on policy recommendations using geopolitical as well as operational understanding with cross-functional partners

13. Liaise closely with our Meta vendor teams to ensure all operational KPIs meet and exceed targets and work collaboratively to improve processes and tools and scale solutions

14. Remain up to date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, policy updates and our Community Standards

15. Support the training and onboarding of Meta partners

Minimum Qualifications:

16. Bachelors degree and/or Masters or equivalent experience

17. Professional working proficiency in Hebrew and extensive knowledge of U.S. Israeli diaspora is essential as this role will involve working on issues in these languages as well as dealing with external clients in that market

18. 1+ years of professional experience within an operations environment

19. Experience communicating with a variety of audiences and stakeholders from the Israeli market

20. Experience in successfully navigating projects that demand situational analysis and informed decision-making, often involving the evaluation of unclear or ambiguous factors

21. Interest in supporting the Facebook and Instagram community

22. Effective communication and collaboration skills while working closely with cross-functional teams

23. Self-starter with experience of operating in a time-sensitive, ever changing environment

Public Compensation:

$34.62/hour to $40.38/hour + bonus + equity + benefits
