Staff Accountant

Details of the job:
- Earn up to $85,000/year
- 5%-10% annual performance bonus
- Work with a growing real estate firm in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Comprehensive healthcare, 401(k), and more
- Record journal entries, oversee month-end close, and prepare financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and tenant charge tracking
- Assist in budgeting, financial performance tracking, and audit processes
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience (real estate or property management preferred)
- Proficiency in Appfolio, Excel, and accounting software
