Your Role as a Speech Therapist

Your impactful journey includes:

  • Assessing, developing, and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients requiring speech and language rehabilitation.
  • Identifying issues and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and responses to treatment.
  • Celebrating patient milestones and encouraging their development.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
  • Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience.
