Ecommerce Manager

We're looking for an E-commerce Manager to oversee digital operations, merchandising, and platform optimization for a B2B business specializing in refurbished consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations, product updates, and online catalog accuracy.

• Optimize and maintain the ecommerce platform (Magento) for speed, reliability, and conversion.

• Analyze site performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Align digital merchandising with inventory, fulfillment, and B2B sales needs.

• Support digital marketing content, email campaigns, promotions, and marketplace initiatives.

• Assist with tradeshows, product materials, and cross-functional coordination.

• Maintain accurate product data and ensure consistent brand presentation across channels.

• 4+ years of ecommerce or digital operations experience.

• Hands-on experience with Magento or similar ecommerce platforms.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with B2B ecommerce, inventory-driven products, or electronics is a plus.

• Bilingual skills are beneficial due to international market exposure.

• Ability to work onsite five days per week.
