Human Resource Services Specialist

Join a dynamic, people-focused team in the manufacturing and food production industry We’re looking for a dedicated HR Services Specialist who is passionate about supporting associates, managing HR processes, and contributing to a positive and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workers’ compensation claims intake and data entry.
- Guide injured associates through the claims process.
- Coordinate return-to-work activities with insurance carriers, HR, and managers.
- Support weekly payroll processing and serve as a back-up payroll processor.
- Administer time management systems, including training and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate and timely payroll record updates.
- Assist with benefits administration, enrollment, and provider communication.
- Provide HRIS system support and act as a subject matter expert for UKG associate records.
- Serve as back-up recruiter during high-volume hiring periods for entry-level positions.
- High school diploma or higher required.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration or related field.
- Work on-site with a collaborative, supportive HR team.
- Participate in our Gainsharing Incentive Program with unlimited earning potential tied to company performance.
- Play a key role in improving associates’ workplace experience and HR operations.
