QA Lead

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and software development sector, is seeking a QA Lead to join their team. As a QA Lead, you will be part of the Software Quality team supporting strategic Business Transformation Initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: QA Lead

Location: Grand Rapids, MI (On-site)

Pay Range: $46.54

What's the Job?

• Take ownership to ensure test deliverables meet standards, quality practices, and end-user requirements for IT projects and programs.

• Coordinate within and across teams to develop test strategies, plans, timelines, and ensure alignment on test execution.

• Build test scenarios, test cases, test data, and other quality-related deliverables in collaboration with various teams.

• Facilitate the development of comprehensive test plans and ensure test data is prepared and available for execution.

• Coordinate and facilitate test execution, bug lifecycle management, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading software testing projects and teams.

• Expertise in software testing methodologies, best practices, and tools.

• Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-team efforts.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments and familiarity with related practices.
