Evening and Overnight Supervisor Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight or Evening Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Roswell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents and patients. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team during evening and overnight shifts, ensuring that the highest level of patient care is maintained at all times
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of residents' needs and develop individualized care plans to achieved optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments, including therapy and social services, to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among staff members
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, and respond to emergencies as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care and treatment plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident care
Requirements:
  • Current Georgia Nursing License (RN) with a minimum of 0 years of experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff members and residents
  • Ability to demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to excellence
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
Work Environment:
  • Roswell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 24-hour, full-service sub-acute, skilled nursing, and long-term care facility located in historic downtown Roswell, Georgia
  • Our facility offers a warm and welcoming environment, with a focus on providing compassionate and individualized care to each of our residents and patients
