We have developed best-in-class collaboration models with agencies and our cross-company creative network to ensure a consistent and effective creative narrative for work that reaches an audience across the globe due to the scale of our products.We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to support the Family of Apps (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) Performance Marketing team - the team that creates lower-funnel demand-capture assets for both integrated campaigns, and always-on digital advertising. Experience in how to translate data and testing to improve creative outputs, and understanding of performance metrics and direct response marketing overall is ideal so they can effectively guide & influence both our teams and the work. Understanding of complex issues and drive strategic collaboration (knowing who to involve when in the process) is crucial.

Required Skills:

Program Manager Lead, Performance Marketing Responsibilities:

  1. Create partnerships with Performance Marketers, Brand Marketers, Media, International Marketers, Product Marketers, internal Creative teams and external agencies

  2. In partnership with Integrated Marketing, Performance Media, and Creative, drive the development and optimization of performance assets for integrated campaigns and evergreen digital advertising

  3. Highly literate in data & testing and well-versed in understanding how to translate it into roadmap planning, testing agendas, AI tagging and optimization of creative work

  4. Be the lead point of contact for our external agency partner, as well as cross-functional internal stakeholder management

  5. Collaborate with Program Leads to determine how creative projects within the remit of this role fit within a wider business portfolio through the lens of objectives, impact, risks and resources

  6. Prioritize competing needs with reasoning and viable solutions across multiple teams and projects

  7. Experience in optimizing systems, tools, and standards that improve creative production within the organization

  8. Coordinate the wider team to ensure successful communication and delivery of various performance marketing launches, at times, simultaneously

  9. Manage workflow for inbound and outbound projects, manage program/production budgets and approvals, requirements for strategic sourcing and procurement, and the development of high-quality assets, often with tight deadlines

  10. Maintain brand integrity across all project deliverables, working closely within Design, Legal and Product guidance

  11. Mobilize the team towards forward progress, action, and results by anticipating needs and removing obstacles

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years client-facing experience within a creative agency or in-house, in a demonstrably equivalent role

  2. Experience in cross-functional collaboration, organizational design and systems planning

  3. Experience in leading a cross-discipline team and in leading external agency partners

  4. High data and testing literacy - well versed in understanding performance marketing data and how to translate it into annual roadmapping, testing agendas, AI tagging and optimization of creative work

  5. Creative operations experience in setting priorities, problem-solving, optimizing workflows, multi-tasking, and negotiation. Drive efficiency as well as craft

  6. Experience in creative planning and development, production, editorial, finishing and delivery/trafficking

  7. Experience across major creative channels and large-scale integrated creative campaigns. This may include but not be limited to: live action, programmatic digital delivery, social, influencer, CRM, web/Ecommerce media integration and/or animation workstreams

  2. Experience with additional creative channels. This may include but not be limited to: large scale integrated campaigns, print, out of home and/or experiential workstreams

  3. Experience working with a large, global tech company

  4. Experience working as a cross-functional manager within a fast-paced, often ambiguous, start-up environment

Public Compensation:

$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
