Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath and workflow automation on Power Platform.
  • Collaborate directly with business stakeholders (LOB) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and best practices by working closely with senior architects.
  • Build enterprise-grade automation frameworks with scalability, security, and compliance in mind.
  • Support solution deployment under tight timelines, ensuring quality and reliability.
  • Document processes, provide user support, and drive adoption of automation initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4+ years of hands-on industry experience in RPA (UiPath) and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI preferred).
  • Strong expertise in designing and delivering enterprise automation and workflow solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the US banking vertical, with an understanding of compliance and regulatory needs.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with enterprise architects on solution and architecture alignment.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver within tight project timelines.
