About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role requires traveling to various medical practices to support the implementation of our software and ensure a smooth integration with existing systems. You will work directly with healthcare providers to identify pain points, facilitate a seamless transition, and provide on-site support. Additionally, as part of the onboarding process, you may be required to take over scribing duties during patient visits to demonstrate the efficiency and accuracy of our software. Your insights from on-site visits will be invaluable in refining our product and improving customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Travel to medical practices and assist in the installation and onboarding of Contrast AI software.
  • Provide hands-on training to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are confident in using the software.
  • Be present during patient visits to observe workflows and, when necessary, take over scribing duties using the software.
  • Identify and report any pain points or challenges healthcare providers experience during implementation.
  • Serve as a liaison between medical staff and our support teams to ensure any technical issues are quickly addressed.
  • Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback for software improvements based on user experience.
  • Ensure that the transition to Contrast AI software is seamless and meets the specific needs of each practice.
  • Offer continued support post-implementation to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, patient workflows, and healthcare operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support medical staff.
  • Ability to travel frequently to various healthcare locations.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify challenges and offer solutions in real-time.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a medical scribe.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, business, or a related field.
Compensation:

The base compensation range for the role is: $60,000-$80,000 based on leveling and desired cash/equity split. Philosophically, we lean towards generous equity grants so that our team truly gets to share in the impact they create.

Are you outside of the range? We encourage you to still apply: we take an individualized approach to ensure that compensation accounts for all of the life factors that matter for each candidate.

Why Work at Contrast:
  • 4 remote weeks per year - work from anywhere.
  • Daily meals in our downtown Chicago office.
  • Work with cutting-edge AI technology that improves the quality of life for healthcare providers and patient care.
  • Dedicated time and budget for personal development, including access to world-class mentors and advisors.
  • Collaborate with a world-class, diverse team that is deeply mission-aligned.
  • Ownership over your success with the ability to significantly impact company growth.
  • Our supporters include top-tier Silicon Valley venture firms, leading minds in AI, and healthcare industry leaders.
