The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and highly organized, someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience from the very first phone call to checkout. Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in/out patients with warmth and professionalism Manage appointment scheduling to ensure an efficient and productive calendar Verify insurance eligibility and process claims accurately Collect and post payments; manage patient accounts and billing inquiries Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication Handle phone calls, emails, and administrative tasks with excellent attention to detail Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience working in a dental office front desk role Proficiency in Dentrix (required) Strong understanding of dental insurance verification and billing Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills Dependable, professional, and motivated to contribute to a high-performing team
