Your Responsibilities:

• Technical Proficiency: Install, de-install, calibrate, and operate portable lasers and related equipment at various customer sites.
• Surgical Support: Ensure all equipment is prepared and calibrated to meet surgeons' specifications before surgery and assist during procedures to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and repairs to keep equipment functioning optimally and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment challenges swiftly to support seamless surgical operations.
• Sterile Technique: Maintain adherence to sterile methods during surgeries to promote patient safety. Comprehensive training will be provided for clinical practices and standards.
• Physical Tasks: Be ready to help with equipment setup and transportation as needed.
• Additional Duties: Flexibility to take on further responsibilities as required.

Who We Are Seeking:

• Education: A degree in Laser Electro-optics, Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronics, or a related field; military experience in similar areas is also acceptable.
• Hands-On Skills: Familiarity with basic electronics and test equipment; experience with laser systems preferred.
• Travel Adaptability: Comfortable with driving to different locations in your territory and staying overnight as necessary, with all travel expenses covered (hotels, gas for company vehicle, and meal allowances).
• Clean Driving Record: Must provide a valid driver's license and pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to build strong relationships with surgeons and their teams quickly.
• Confidence: Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
• Organization Skills: Strong capability to manage equipment and fulfill administrative tasks relevant to your territory.

• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
