This pivotal role entails leading a robust team towards achieving and surpassing quarterly revenue targets by developing efficient sales strategies and fostering internal and cross-regional collaborations. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic vision, analytical prowess, and operational excellence to drive growth and scale our operations effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing team to meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets. Create and execute sales programs targeting both acquisition and retention, enhancing direct advertiser and agency partner outcomes. Enact scalable processes and strategies to grow revenue and ensure team efficiency. Attain revenue goals through meticulous planning, goal setting, and performance analysis. Facilitate clear and timely communication of progress on initiatives to stakeholders across time zones. Must-Have Skills: Proven experience in digital media sales or online advertising. Strong data analysis skills with a history of informed decision-making. Demonstrated leadership with a talent for inspiring and growing teams. Industry Experience Required: Previous experience in digital media sales, online advertising, sales leadership, especially within the technology or advertising sector, is critical for this role.
