Position Summary:

As the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will report directly to the Vice President of FP&A. You will lead a team of 1-3 direct reports and oversee critical financial functions, including forecasting, the annual budget process, monthly results reviews, and various ad hoc analyses. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of driving results in a fast-paced growth environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the annual budget creation and process for the US.
2. Conduct financial evaluations for potential acquisition opportunities.
3. Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly budget variance and trend reports.
4. Collaborate closely with Operations to enhance performance in the field.
5. Prepare presentations for the Board of Directors on monthly results and annual budgets.
6. Maintain and manage data within the reporting Hyperion system.
7. Assist the treasury team with cash flow forecasting.
8. Identify trends in financial performance and suggest improvements.
9. Deliver ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed, participating in special projects.
10. Lead the development of Corporate KPIs and management dashboards.

Your role will be executed in alignment with company policies and procedures, enabling both collaborative and independent decision-making.

Working Relationships:

You will engage with internal partners across all departments within EG America and collaborate with the FP&A team based in the UK.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience in a retail organization is preferred.

• Hours: 40-50 hour work week in a corporate environment.
• Commuting: Ability to commute to Westborough, MA is essential.
