We are looking for a Licensed Residential Electrician with the following experience:
- Perform residential electrical repairs and upgrades
- Diagnose and correct violations found in inspection reports
- Assist with home safety improvements (GFCI, bonding, panels, lighting)
- Provide estimates when needed (support provided)
- Work professionally with clients, property management companies, and team members
- Safely complete all assigned tasks while following NEC & local Texas codes
- (Optional) Mentor younger technicians and support team training

The appropriate candidate for the Lead Technician/Handyman position will be proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical. Candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen, but those candidates are welcome to apply.
Qualified candidates will need a driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and standard tools. Candidate must also be a legal citizen of the US and speak fluent English.

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
