The Anniston, AL VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is actively seeking Primary Care Physicians to join our mission-driven healthcare team This is more than a job - it's a chance to serve our nation's Veterans while enjoying work-life balance, a collaborative care model, and a community where nature, history, and Southern charm meet Position Overview: Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday Patient Load: 12-13 patients per day per physician, allowing time for quality, patient-centered care Team Model: Work as part of a Patient-Aligned Care Team ( PACT ) Each physician is supported by a dedicated RN, LPN and MSA and has expanded support from clinical pharmacy, social work, mental health, and nutrition.
