Are you eager to innovate in high-speed food processing? Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician on the night shift. This is an on-site role with a two-week rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts (5:45 PM - 6:00 AM). Initial training will take place on the first shift for the first 60-90 days.

The starting hourly pay rate is $40.89, plus a $2,500 retention bonus

Become a vital part of a collaborative team, working alongside Operations, Food Safety, and Environmental Health and Safety professionals to ensure our production machinery operates seamlessly. This role offers hands-on experience with advanced equipment and the chance to enhance your skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.

A Snapshot of Your Responsibilities

  • Equipment Maintenance & PLC Mastery - Engage in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and immediate machine repairs, with a focus on programmable logic controllers.
  • Issue Analysis & Solutions - Identify and analyze equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and repair both electrical and mechanical systems using PLC programming.
  • Innovation & Communication - Explore ways to boost plant efficiency, pinpoint cost-saving solutions, and keep open lines of communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and Mechanics.

What We're Seeking

  • High School diploma or GED
  • State/Local Electrical License OR Journey Card (or will have either at time of hire)
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of behavior-based safety systems
  • Ability to perform activities such as sitting, standing, walking, and lifting, with the capability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
  • Experience with PLCs
