Pay Rate: $18.16 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and provide timely solutions.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) are a plus but not required.
