A local government division is looking for an Office Services Clerk to assist them with the following.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Organizing and filing paper inspection records
  • Purging records from filing system according to records retention policy
  • Greeting visitors at reception
  • Answering direct phone calls
  • Logging inspection request into database for inspection staff
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Good communication skills both orally and written
  • Detailed oriented and good computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel and Google)
