Primary Skills: Digital-Marketing (Expert), Product-Led-Growth (Advanced), ASO/ASA (Advanced), GTM Strategy (Expert), Data-Analytics (Advanced) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 8+ Months Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid) Pay Range: $85 - $90 per hour Job Summary: We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager in GTM Strategy to spearhead the growth of our cutting-edge video editing mobile app. The ideal candidate brings a blend of digital marketing acumen and a proven track record in product-led growth strategies. This role involves driving business growth through strategic planning across product launches, customer experience enhancement, and innovative growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Define and set quarterly and annual objectives, key results, and ARR targets in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Lead growth planning efforts focusing on acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for quarterly product releases and optimization post-launch. Enhance customer experience by identifying improvement opportunities and driving initiatives for long-term growth. Partner with analytics teams to develop actionable insights and recommendations for growth; leading testing priorities to meet customer needs and enhance product discovery. Must-Have Skills: Proven expertise in digital marketing and product-led growth strategies. Strong foundation in app store optimization and customer experience improvement. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to develop actionable insights and recommendations. Industry Experience: Extensive experience in marketing, software, or high tech, preferably supporting B2C mobile applications or services.
