Position Summary: As a nursing professional, you will provide direct nursing care to residents while offering general consultations for health-related concerns within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality direct nursing care to residents.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of Nursing Assistants for optimal resident care.
  • Manage the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents.
  • Keep healthcare professionals informed of any changes in resident conditions.
  • Respond promptly to all emergencies.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Must hold an active nursing license for the state of Ohio.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
  • Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated compassion and commitment to resident care.
