Client Engagement Specialist

What You'll Do:
• Identify and Qualify Prospects: Proactively seek out potential clients and assess their needs to ensure alignment with our offerings.
• Conduct Initial Consultations: Dive deep into client challenges and present tailored energy solutions that enhance their operations.
• Engage at All Levels: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, from operational teams to executive leadership.
• High-Volume Outreach: Confidently make 50+ calls a day to engage potential clients and build a robust sales pipeline.

Your Path to Success:

Excellence in this role will lead to Senior Sales Representative or Account Manager. Key milestones include:
• Mastering Evolved Lighting & Energy's product offerings.
• Delivering innovative, financially justified solutions that meet client needs.
• Providing detailed cost analyses and demonstrating a thorough understanding of operational expenses.
• Showcasing outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Demonstrating consistent drive and self-motivation over 6-24 months.

What We're Looking For:
• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Sales Experience: 0-3 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Adaptability: Open to new ideas, mentoring, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Proven ability to deliver impactful presentations and engage effectively with clients.
• Digital Fluency: Proficiency in LinkedIn, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
