Job Title: Occupational Therapist

License: Active state OT license required
Certifications: BLS (AHA)

Must-Have:
- Understanding of pathology
- Knowledge of lab values
- Ability to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary team

Description:
Start dates are not flexible.
Must adhere to a 100-mile radius rule.
No more than 5 days of requested time off.
Caseload is 8-10 patients per day.
Case types include total joints, CVA, CHF, COPD, and sepsis.
Setting is acute inpatient.
Areas covered include emergency department and medical-surgical units.
Scheduling consists of 5 shifts of 8 hours with flexible weekend coverage required 2-3 days per month, or 4 shifts of 10 hours (Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday).
Self-scheduling is not allowed.
Holidays are to be rotated.
Scrub color required is royal blue.
Cancellation policy allows for cancellation of hours equivalent to the weekly guaranteed hours for the assignment.
Charting system utilized is EPIC.
Trauma level is 2.
Care setting is acute.
This position does not require a BSN.
