As a flat-rate Service Technician, you will play a vital role in diagnosing, repairing, and inspecting RVs with minimal supervision. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in the RV industry or a technical field, along with a state inspection license. What you'll do:

  • Service a variety of RV units in our busy department
  • Advance your skills through specialty certifications and ongoing education
  • Deliver consistent repairs while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate by sharing knowledge and best practices to uplift fellow team members

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in the RV industry or relevant mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or maintenance work
  • possession of a state inspector's license
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a technical field is preferred
  • A personal set of tools
  • Physical stamina to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs with appropriate assistance
  • Comfortable working in varying environments including heat, cold, dust, and noise
  • Flexible availability, including occasional Saturdays (closed Sundays)
  • Professional appearance and a commitment to cleanliness
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pass a background check and drug screening
